Cornwall Deaf Association
Based in Truro we were founded in 1932. Our aim is to Support, advocate and help meet the needs of Deaf and Hard of hearing Adults and Children in Cornwall and the Isle of Scilly. There are estimated 93,000 people in Cornwall with some degree of hearing loss from moderate to profoundly Deaf. There are also 300 British Sign language users in the County.
Walsall Deaf People's Centre (WDPC)
We provide social and sporting activities, senior citizens and family groups, advice and guidance, communication support, mentoring and other personal assistance. We participate in local forums in co-operation with other disability organisations. We fund our activities through he teaching of innovative British Sign Language and Deaf Awareness programmes as a member of Walsall Community College.
Center for Hearing and Deafness
The human costs of hearing loss are enormous when measured in terms of lost productivity, compromised lifestyle, and impaired cognitive and/or language skills in children. Solutions to these problems require the expertise of a broad range of scientific and clinical specialists.
National Association of Deafened People (NADP)
NADP was founded as a charity in 1984 by a group of deafened people who felt that their needs were only partly catered for by existing organisations. Today, the NADP is recognised as the national representative organisation offering support for deafened people who have lost all or most of their useful hearing, and for their families and friends, to help them to regain their independence and enjoy the best quality of life
The Best Start Club
Baby Signing & Music classes - At The Best Start Club we teach through the multisensory learning of Baby Signing, gestural communication with speech, & Kindermusik, the world's most respected name in musical learning for children. Our Baby Signing programs, all age appropriate, are packed with musical exploration, dance, movement & fun activities. With signs & gestures sourced from British Sign Language (BSL) the babies soon recognise, then use key words & activities impacting their new lives.
Deaf Camp UK
The organisation's aim is to provide opportunities for young deaf children to take part in a multi-activity camp. Activities can include abseiling, climbing, orienteering, air rifling, archery to name but a few. It also aims to enable the young deaf child to meet other deaf children, to gain confidence and develop newfound skills in the great outdoors.
Speech, Language and Hearing Centre
We offer a unique combination of nursery education and therapy for under 5s who are experiencing difficulty with their hearing, speech, language and general communication skills.

We help deaf and hearing-impaired children and adults, their families and other carers with services and support for education, training, personal and career development, employment, and inclusion in the community.
Auditory Verbal Lounge
The Auditory Verbal Lounge is an independent service located at the Ear Foundation in Nottingham. Auditory Verbal Therapy is a familiy centred approach that supports babies, children and their families to maximise the use of audition and develop spoken language through listening.
Sing and Sign
Baby signing with Sing and Sign is easy because we make it fun to learn! Your baby will recognise important words sooner and can use the signs to “talk” to you before speech.

Previously known as Deaf Parenting Project under DPPi has been established in 2001 by Sabina Iqbal (Chair & Founder of DPUK), following her research in USA and UK on the gaps in services for deaf parents and deaf parents to be.
Hayfield Deaf Support Services
The Hayfield organisation was set up in the early 1970’s with the specific aim of providing developmental opportunities for deaf people with additional disabilities and today we are recognised by other organisations as a provider of a unique, quality service, with referrals from all over the United Kingdom.
Royal Association for Deaf people
RAD works with the Deaf community, Deaf clubs, Deaf individuals and the parents of Deaf children. Most of our work is in London, the East of England and the Southeast of England.

National Deaf Services provides a range of comprehensive mental health services for deaf people, including services for adults, a child and family service, psychotherapy and counselling and an established community home network.
Elizabeth Foundation
The Elizabeth Foundation is a national charity supporting infants and pre-school aged children with hearing loss and their families, by providing help, support and encouragement. It is the Elizabeth Foundation’s belief that it is the right of every deaf child to be given the opportunity to learn to listen and talk.
